Hey people! This is our first recipe. Today, I will be showing you how to make the Sesame Tapioca Bread, also called 韓國麵包 in Mandarin.
The reason why I chose to make this recipe is that it has becoming a popular food in Eastern Asia. I can see sesame tapioca breads in every bakery shop every day. The bread is very light, airy, and very chewy in the inside and crunchy on the outside. For me, it tastes like Mochi! This recipe is not only delectable, but also healthy! One of the ingredients, black sesame, has a great deal of benefits for human body.

Sesame seeds are varying in colours: white, yellow, black and red. It is an source of many essential minerals such as vitamin B1 and dietary fiber. It contributes to cardiovascular health, reduces inflammation, supports respiratory health, and protects against colon cancer and osteoporosis.
