Taiwanese Home Cooking #2

Hello everyone! Today is Taiwan National Day, and I think it will be a good chance to share my second Taiwanese Home Cooking Recipes! (because I finally have time to cook) Anyways, I will be introducing Thai Steam fish with Lime and Fried Tofu with Salted Egg.

The Bass fish contains high protein but has low calories. For instance, if you are eating a 3 ounce serving of bass fish, you will get 46 grams of protein, which is the amount of protein a woman should get daily, but only 124 calories. Additionally, a bass fish is low in total fat; however, it is an excellent source of two omega 3-fatty acids: EPA and DHA. These fatty acids help reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease by reducing levels of cholesterol and lowering blood pressure.

Furthermore, Tofu is also really healthy for you because it contains all eight essential amino acids an individual can get. It is an excellent food from a nutritional and health perspective. It is thought to provide the same sort of protection against cancer and heart disease as soya beans. For salted eggs, although a salted egg is also a good source of proteins and contains a great deal of minerals that allow you to prevent prevent anemia and maintain strong bones, it is important to note that you should not eat over 16 grams of salt per day. Anyways, let's start cooking! :)
