As a meat lover, I am going to introduce you a BBQ shop. During the winter vacation, I went to Tokyo, Japan. Near my hotel, there is a popular BBQ that always has long waiting line, called 俺の焼肉 (Orenoyakiniku) This makes me wonder how good is the restaurant, what are they selling. One day, my family and I passed by the restaurant, fortunately, there is no one lining up, so we went in and started our beef journey....

Profile:

Famous Dish: 最高級A5等級黒毛和牛特選贅沢大樽盛り1000g

matsuzaku Wagyu beef is the highest possible A5 beef ranking, which is renowned for its sumptuous texture, rich taste, and superb aroma. A fine grain with exquisite fat content dazzles the connoisseur with every tantalizing bite. It’s extremely rare in and outside of Japan, since wagyu beef represents 15% of all beef produced in Japan. This dish includes some of rare parts of Matsuzaka beef (松板牛) that you never tested before, and it is limited sale from 16 o’clock everyday!

For my family, we ordered a set of 最高級A5等級黒毛和牛特選贅沢大樽盛り1000g since we only have 3 people. Some of you may wonder 1000 grams of meat is too many for 3 people? The answer is no! With every mouthwatering bites, we just keep on eating without realizing we already finished the meat. It is worth exploring the flavor and texture Matsuzaka beef. It may be the only time you can have a chance to try this.

If you’re going to Japan in the future, check out this restaurant!

Back in Taiwan, I often think about the fine flavor and texture the Matsuzaka beef, wishing I could eat this again. Due to BSE, Taiwan doesn’t import any beefs from Japan. Most of beefs are from U.S. and Australia, including SRF and Australian Wagyu Beef.

After tasting Kuroge Wagyu beef, I started to dig some information about beefs levels in different countries, surprisingly I found out the most high end beef is Wagyu beef. Before, I always think the most luxurious beef is from those fancy restaurants in Taipei, Taiwan, where they used USDA Prime. Actually, the highest beef ranking is A5 Wagyu beef. What’s more shocking is that the origin of the SRF and Australian Wagyu Beef cattles is from Japan.
