Valentine’s Day is coming in a few weeks! Whether you are single or couple, I personally think Valentine's Day is an excuse to show your love to everyone around you. And yes, you should love yourself too! However, you are facing a problem now. You don't have an oven or cake or cake pan at home. Does this limits your opportunity of baking? Definitely no! I have a really simple recipe for those of you who have this problem! Without further ado... let's get started!
*This recipe can make 2 cakes. (depends on the sizes)
Ingredients:
Japanese Muffin Powder 50g
Milk 35ml
Egg 1
Cocoa powder 12g
Yogurt 35g
Granulated Sugar 5g
Powdered sugar (for decoration)
Apple 1
Instructions
Separate the egg yolk and white.
Combine Japanese Muffin Powder, milk, egg yolk, cocoa powder, yogurt, and granulated sugar together.
Beat the egg white until white and fluffy.
Combine gently the mixture with the previous mixture together.
It is important to do it gently because we need the bubbles in order to make the cake puffy.
Cut the milk box horizontally
Apply some oils in the inside of the milk box and place the baking sheet.
Place the milk box on a pan and fill the box with the mixture.
Bake it for 15~20 minutes, then flip it, and bake for another 5 minutes.
While baking, cut the apple into slices.
Put a small chunk of butter on a pan, place the sliced apples on it, and flip it occasionally.
After the apples become quite transparent, you can take it out and place it aside.
After the cake is cooked thoroughly, take the cake out from the milk box carefully and decorate it with some sliced apples and powdered sugar.
Done! Enjoy!
